Tables & Chairs can be set up at an extra charge. Each table is $3.99 & each chair is $1.49. for Please call us for this service (before or after you book).
If even is on a Saturday or Sunday, we deliver them on Friday and pick them up on Monday, for no extra charge!
If event is on a weekday, we deliver them the day before and pick up the equipments the day after.
The same schedule applies if you are picking up items directly youself from our warehouse.
We guarantee your equipment to be in very presentable form. In other words, if you have a very important Suit & Tie event, and you expect the rented equipment to be in great condition, we're the company for you!
We clean and saniztize bouncy houses before and after every use.
We promise you won't be disappointed!
Top Tents/Tables/Chairs Questions
The following answers apply to any rentals that include tents, tables & chairs.
If your party is on the weekend, we deliver on Friday & pick up the equipment back on Monday.
If your party is on a weekday, we deliver the day before your party starts & pick the equipment back up the day after your event.
We do this AT NO EXTRA CHARGE! You heard that right. Why? Because throwing a party is chaotic & we want to make your day easier. This way, you'll have enough time to run busy errands and decorate. It also ensures that everything always goes smooth!

However, their is an extra charge. It is done on a case by case basis, so please give our office a call to check, at 708-506-0865
We will give you a call the day before delivery or day of & give you a 3 hour delivery window.
We'll guarantee to arrive any time within that 3 hour window.
To make your life easier, we'll contact you 30 minutes before we arrive for a heads up!
We start our deliveries as ear;y as 8 am and go up to 7 pm.
For tents, it'll tell you how many people each tent fits!
For tables, it'll tell you how much each table seats!
We will contact you on Thursday to give you your 3-hour window.
Maybe we'll say, "3-6 pm".
Well, come Friday, we may show up at 4:50 or 5:30 or even 6:00 sharp!
Finally, come Monday, we'll go to the party location, load the equipment into our trucks, and be on our way!
That's it!
For delivery, we always reccomend someone be present but does not have to be you!
As for pick up, no one has to be there! Please make sure any gates are unlocked. We do not schedule the pick up, so there is no estimated time when the items will be picked up.
Also, we're ninjas!
After your party is completed, we'll go to the set up location & load everything back into our truck. No one needs to be present.
By ninjas I mean we respect your privacy and so we go in & out without disturbing you. Throwing your event was stressful, now it's time to relax!
Step 1: Since you wont be there to sign the contract, you can do it electronically. To do this, scroll down in your email receipt & click on "Click Here To Sign Your Contact".
Step 2: Call us & give us the name and number of the person who will be present.
Step 3: If no one can be there, you can text a picture of where you want your rental items to be placed. If you cant take a picture, a driver will call you upon arrival so you can give them instructions.
Call our office & we'll work it out.
We want this to be as easy as possible on you, so don't sweat it!
Inflatable Rental Questions
Sometimes we may need to pick the bouncer up the following day. Of course you will not get charged extra for this.
All other equipment have different policies. Please check other questions!
There will be an additonal charge to have same day pick up and delivery.
We can also provide a Certificate of Insurance.
Corporations, Schools, and non-profits can pay with credit cards, zelle or coporate check.
Deposits are nonrefundable, including if you cancel due to bad whether.
If you need to cancel for any reason, the deposit is transferred as store credit that may be used for any other day. The store credit is good for life and good for any equipment in the future!
If you need to reschedule your event, no problem. Just let us know asap! Transferring days are not guaranteed, as they are based on availability. The sooner you call, the more likely we can accomidate!

Please note we typically need 2 more feet of clearance the actual size of the unit.
When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump.
If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
So go ahead with the online booking process to see of any requirements.
You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation.
If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
After nine years of buisness, all our wonderful customers have followed our instructions and we have never had a problem! So please follow our instructions to keep our bouncers in good condition.

You must be on our secure server software on a completely separate compartment of our system and your computer must accept cookies or you will be unable to order. Credit Card Guarantee
Based on the Fair Credit Billing Act passed by the U.S. Congress, your bank is not allowed to hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank should decide to exercise their right to hold you liable for that $50.00, BIC Party Rentals will reimburse you for that amount, up to the full $50.00. BIC Party Rentals will only cover your liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card was caused by no fault of your own from purchases made with BIC Party Rentals while using our SSL secure server.
In the event that you suffer a loss due to unauthorized use of the credit card, according to law, you must notify your credit card company immediately based on the reporting rules and procedures which they have provided you.
