Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?

A: Set up is free only for inflatables & Tents. Tables & Chairs can be set up at an extra charge. Each table is $1.99 & each chair is $1.49. for Please call us for this service (before or after you book).

Delivery Depends on your location. The only town that qualifies for free delivery is Bridgeview IL. All other town range based on distance. The average delivery rate is $15-25. Call us if you would like to know your delivery charge or go through the online booking process.

Q: How long do I have the bouncer for?

A: We charge an all day rate, so you may keep your bouncer as long as you would like without paying any extra fees! Sometimes we may need to pick the bouncer up the following day. Of course you will not get charged extra for this.

When do you delivery my unit?

A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. We always call the day before to confirm a three hour delivery window. You can pay extra to shorten that window to 30 minutes (we'll send out a crew specifically for your event)

Q: We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

A: No! We guarantee your inflatable will not only be spotless clean! As you may see, this is because we clean on site after every use. We sanitize equipment with disinfectants that kills 99.9% of bacteria.

Q. What if I need to add/remove items?

A: As long as the equipment is available, we can add it to your order. However, we cannot remove items once they are booked to your order. This is because it's unfair to other customers, as we get fully booked every weekend & others were turned away for that equipment.

Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?

A: We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator (unless a shelter near by has an outlet, which is uncommon). We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come first serve so get your spot early in the day. We can also provide a Certificate of Insurance.

Q: What payments do you take?

A: Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

Corporate & Schools, and non-profits may pay in check.

Q: What if we need to cancel?

A: Call 708-506-0865.

Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel your order due to weather conditions. Any other reason to cancel will result only in the deposit being transferred as store credit that may be used for any other day (please inform us ASAP, as transferring days are not guaranteed.

Q: Do you require a deposit?

A: Yes all orders require a Credit Card deposit, depending on the unit. The are fully refundable if you cancel your order due to sever weather conditions. Any other reasons for cancel will result only in the deposit being transferred as store credit that may be used for any other day (please inform us ASAP, as transferring days are not guaranteed. Store Credit is only available if we are given at least 10 weeks in advance.

Q: How big are the jumps?

A: Most of our jumps (all of our character jumps for example) are 15x15 feet which is a little bigger than many companies rent. Please note we typically need 2 more feet of clearance the actual size of the unit. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can't rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.

Q: What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?

A: Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 5 ft access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.

Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.

Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don't want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50ft of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Is it really safe for me to use my credit card?
Yes it is. Shopping at BIC Party Rentals is extremely safe. We guarantee you 100% safety when you use your credit card with us. You must be on our secure server software on a completely separate compartment of our system and your computer must accept cookies or you will be unable to order. That way we are able to guarantee your credit card purchase. You will never have to pay for any unauthorized charges made to your card as a result of shopping with us at BIC Party Rentals

What makes it so safe?
Technology is secure and stable: The software we use in the order compartment of our system (SSL) is the standard for this industry. All of the major browsers support it and promote how well it works at their web sites and in their software. The software takes the data that you provide and encrypts it in a special coding system that can only be interpreted by our system in our office. This system is actually safer than giving it out over the telephone or sending a fax.
All the big guys are using the same software: Companies like, AT&T, Dell Computers, etc. are using the same software. They have millions of customers who safely shop without experiencing credit card fraud. Since we started, we have had thousands of customers order without any credit card fraud at all. You can feel comfortable that the same precautions taken at the big companies are being taken here to ensure your card's safety.

Credit Card Guarantee

Based on the Fair Credit Billing Act passed by the U.S. Congress, your bank is not allowed to hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank should decide to exercise their right to hold you liable for that $50.00, BIC Party Rentals will reimburse you for that amount, up to the full $50.00. BIC Party Rentals will only cover your liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card was caused by no fault of your own from purchases made with BIC Party Rentals while using our SSL secure server.
In the event that you suffer a loss due to unauthorized use of the credit card, according to law, you must notify your credit card company immediately based on the reporting rules and procedures which they have provided you.
